Courtney Blanc

Courtney is excited to be returning to The Wheel after the Christmas production of Elf.  She is a recent graduate from the University of Arizona with a BFA in Musical Theatre.   Some of her favorite roles have been Clara in The Light in the Piazza, Sandy in Grease, and Sister Mary Robert in Sister Act.  Courtney currently lives in New York and in her free time she loves fitness and adventuring.   Thank you to God, her family, and her amazing friends for being so supportive on this journey. @i_be_court

Marcus Brooks

Marcus Brooks is excited to make his professional debut spending the summer at Wagon Wheel. He is a rising senior in the BFA Musical Theatre program at Texas State University. TXST credits include: Hair (Hud), Spring Awakening (Cover: Hanschen/Otto) and Mazkapan (Moses). Marcus would like to thank his parents for their unwavering support and for paying his rent so he can do shows.

Luke James Cloherty

Luke James Cloherty (he/him) is so ecstatic to be a part of Wagon Wheel’s 2022 company! Luke James is from Kenosha, Wisconsin and is entering his senior year at Western Michigan University as a double major in Musical Theatre and Arts Management. Previous credits include Dr Frank-N-Furter, The Rocky Horror Show (Kalamazoo State Theatre), Ensemble/Dance Captain, All Shook Up (Clinton Area Showboat Theatre), Dance Ensemble, Head Over Heels (WMU), and Drosselmeyer, The Nutcracker (Ballet Kalamazoo). Choreography Credits include Church Basement Ladies (Clinton Area Showboat Theatre) and The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee (WMU). Special Thanks to family, friends, and the entire staff of Wagon Wheel. Love you Mom! 🙂

This marks Jennifer Dow’s 23rd year at the Wagon Wheel as a performer, her 13th year as the wig designer, and her 10th year as a wearer-of-many-hats including coordinating the Wagon Wheel Jr. program. After receiving her BFA in Music Theatre from Millikin University, Jennifer’s favorite place to work quickly became the Wagon Wheel Theatre. Her most memorable roles on the Wagon Wheel stage are A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Puck), Always, Patsy Cline (Louise), Young Frankenstein (Frau Blucher),  Seussical (Gertrude), Guys and Dolls (Adelaide), South Pacific (Nellie). Other regional credits include Cats (Rumpleteaser) at the Marriott Lincolnshire, Grand Hotel at Drury Lane Water Tower, Jekyll & Hyde (Emma) at Pheasant Run, and performing as a singer with the Rockettes for 3 seasons in the Radio City Christmas Spectacular.  Fun fact: This summer’s production of Legally Blonde will be her 100th show performing on the Wagon Wheel stage!

I am over the moon to be back at the Wheel for my second consecutive summer! Woohoo! I am a graduate from the musical theatre program of Texas State, class of 2021. Some of my favorite roles include Sky Masterson (Guys and Dolls), Cliff (Cabaret), Freddy (My Fair Lady), Bert (Mary Poppins), and Seymour (Little Shop). I would like to thank Scott, Jen, Ben, Andy, Thomas and Lakesha for the enriching opportunity to do what I love most in the world – perform and work with such extraordinary people. I would also like to thank my family and loved ones for their endless love and support, and to the rest of the Wagon Wheel family/company/audiences for your immense generosity of spirit, joy and kindness. Kira Lace Hawkins is so thankful to be back on the Wagon Wheel stage! Favorite credits at the Wheel include The Bridges of Madison County (Francesca), Next to Normal (Diana), Into the Woods (Witch), Hello, Dolly! (Dolly Levi), and Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins). Favorite regional credits include Cabaret (Sally Bowles) with Theater Latté Da and The Threepenny Opera (Lucy Brown) with Frank Theatre, both in Minneapolis. She studied music and theater at St. Olaf College and holds an MFA in Acting from Penn State University. Kira serves as the Education Director at Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts and strives to build upon the rich tradition of theater education at the Wheel through classes, workshops, and performance opportunities. Thanks to her MN family, her IN family, Zach, Nila, and Ezra.

Tatum Langley (she/her) is beyond thrilled to return to Wagon Wheel after performing here in Elf: The Musical this past winter! A Chicago native, Tatum received her BFA from Ball State University, and has been performing professionally at jazz clubs and theme parks since graduating last spring. Zion Middleton

Zion Middleton is a Georgia native, but currently attends Elon University where he is receiving a  B.F.A in Music Theatre. In addition to his training, he also studies a variety of subjects that aid him to becoming a Cultural Consultant for casting. His other interests outside of theatre include soccer, working at the Boys and Girls Club of America, and activism. He is grateful to his family, friends, and the Wagon Wheel team for this wonderful opportunity. Other credits include Judas/John the Baptist  in Godspell, Othello in Othello, Bert in 42nd Street, and Lucas in The Bubbly Black Girl Sheds Her Chameleon Skin. 

Michael Pacholski

Michael is delighted to be performing once again at the Wagon Wheel Theatre.  Originally from Sterling Heights, MI, he earned his BFA in Musical Theatre Performance from Western Michigan University in 2018.  Some favorite credits of his at the Wheel include The Wizard of Oz (Lion), Pride & Prejudice (Mary/Mr.Bingley), Oklahoma! (Jud Fry), Seussical (Mr. Mayor), Mamma Mia (Bill Austin),and Bridges of Madison County (Charlie).  Favorite Regional credits include Assassins (Leon Czolgosz) with the Flint Repertory Theatre, Forever Plaid (Smudge) with the New River Valley Regional Theatre, Matilda (Ms. Trunchbull) with the Riverbank Theatre, and A Christmas Carol (Caroler./Marley U/S) with Meadowbrook Theatre.  He would like to thank his family both at home and at the Wheel for their constant love and support.

Matt is thrilled to be making his Wagon Wheel debut and to be reprising a role he loves! Previous credits include Bob Crachit in A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Thin Air Theatre Co.), Gomez in THE ADDAMS FAMILY (Priscilla Beach Theatre), Nick Bottom in SOMETHING ROTTEN (Russo Richardson Productions), and Admiral Von Schreiber in THE SOUND OF MUSIC (Fireside Theatre). Andy Robinson

Andy is proud to be returning to his summer family of artists and audience members at Wagon Wheel Theatre.  Audiences may remember Andy as the Old Deuteronomy in Cats, Abel Frake in State Fair, the Monster in Young Frankenstein, and Pap Finn in Big River.  His directing work on the Wagon Wheel main stage includes How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying and 9 to 5.  He has especially loved directing A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Importance of Being Earnest, The Crucible, and last season’s Pride and Prejudice with his partner-in-crime Ben Dicke. Back in Chicago he has appeared in Timeline Theatre’s production of Marc Blitztein’s musical Juno and Porchlight Music Theatre’s Sweeney Todd, Assassins, and Chess. He currently chairs the Musical Theatre Department at the Chicago Academy for the Arts, where he has directed The Winter’s Tale, Head Over Heels, As You Like It, A Little Night Music, Twelfth Night and Sunday in the Park with George, among others. He feels infinitely grateful to make art with these dearest of friends.

Cora is ecstatic to be spending her summer at The Wagon Wheel Center and to be making her professional theatre debut- she is beyond grateful for this opportunity! Cora is a rising sophomore Musical Theatre major at Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, Virginia, but is originally from the Chicagoland area! Cora is loving the college life, and was recently a part of the New Musical, Moonrise, as it made its World Premiere in early May. She wants to thank The Wagon Wheel family, production team, and every member of the company who have put in so much work to make this amazing season come to life. Cora also wants to thank her Mom, Bridgette, her brother, Evan, and her sister, Alexsa, for the constant support and sacrifice they have all put in throughout the years to make her dreams come true! Past credits include: Footloose (teen ensemble) at The Muny, The Producers (Ulla) at Theatre Charlotte, and A Chorus Line (Sheila Bryant) at Northwest School of the Arts. Zephaniah Wages is so thrilled to be a part of Wagon Wheel’s 2022 Season! Zephaniah Wages is currently a sophomore Musical Theatre Major at Texas State University! Miranda is thrilled to be making her Indiana debut with the 2022 company at Wagon Wheel! A Florida native, Miranda is a recent graduate of Montclair State University where she received a BFA in Musical Theatre with a minor in Business.
